Local Lovin' | Marie Catrib's

It's been over a year since I've been back to Marie Catrib's in Eastown, and I don't why it took so long for me to come back. The food is seriously AMAZING; the food is real that's all I can really explain it as. You take a bite of your food, and you can just taste the actual flavor of each piece of food that is in your meal. My sandwich (below) Had REAL cranberries on it; It wasn't too sweet, but it wasn't too bitter. The food is perfection, just perfection.

You forget with chain restaurants what real food is if you want some good, authentic, real food. Make sure to stop by here, you won't regret it.

So sorry this post was a ramble, I'm not a very good food critic I just let you guys know what's good!

Meijer Simply Give Campaign | Community Concert

I need to start out by thanking Meijer for this great opportunity and how much I love and appreciate this Simply Give Campaign. It makes me so happy to see such a huge company giving back. Meijer's customers have donated more than $516,000 this past spring to support and give to hungry families. (this totally warms my heart.) With the donations from Meijer customers and Meijer themselves they've raised more than 1.4 Million. (mind blowing!) I couldn't be happier to be supporting such a great company!

So when Meijer invited Matt and I to attend the community concert we were totally excited! The "vibes" were great there, and everyone was having a terrific time knowing that all funds were donated to the campaign and helping families in need. It's amazing to see a community excited to do such good things.

Again, Thank You Meijer for the opportunity and all you do.

Winter Shades

Scarf Jb&Me // Forever 21 Jacket (Similar) // Aldos Purse // Jcrew Jeans

Yesterday I met up with my good friend Rachel to catch up and do some photos! I know Sunny has been lacking in fashion posts veryyy much, and many apologies for that.. I'm hoping to start posting much much more! Even though I feel like I've been dressing in the same color palette the last 4 months I never thought I'd get sick of neutrals. I defiantly love sporting blacks and browns but lately anytime I see something sparkle or a bit of a neon or pastel I notice myself being quickly drawn to it. I love you Winter shades but I am most defiantly ready for Spring.
